1. What LearnCapita is
LearnCapita is operated by ACQP as a course prepayment facility for eligible training. It is not a bank account, savings account, e-money account or investment product.
2. Payments and balances
Payments received are credited to your learning account and may be applied only towards eligible training agreed with ACQP. Your portal balance is an account record and does not represent a withdrawable bank deposit.
3. Promotional learning credit
Any bonus shown is promotional learning credit. It has no cash value, is not interest and may be used only towards eligible training, subject to the relevant offer rules.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on your agreement, the payment method, whether a course has been booked or started, and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Course bookings
A sufficient balance does not guarantee a specific date or place. Courses remain subject to eligibility, availability, entry requirements and separate booking confirmation.
6. Account access
You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and notifying LearnCapita promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
