Is LearnCapita a bank or savings account?+
No. LearnCapita is an advance-payment learning account for eligible ACQP training. It is not a bank account, savings product or investment.
Can I withdraw money from my learning account?+
Payments are made towards future eligible training and are not held for cash withdrawal. Any cancellation or refund rights are governed by the LearnCapita terms and applicable law.
What is the learning credit bonus?+
It is promotional course credit added to your LearnCapita balance. It is not interest, has no cash value and can only be used towards eligible training.
How can I track my account?+
Your secure member portal shows payments, learning credits, course deductions and your current available training balance.
How do I use my balance for a course?+
Contact the ACQP Training Centre when your balance is sufficient. Once the booking is agreed, the course cost is recorded on your statement.
Which payment methods are accepted?+
Plans can be started by secure card payment through Stripe. The team can also discuss suitable bank-transfer arrangements where available.
